Stands by their warranty and great service. Affordable installed our garage door last summer, today (Sunday) a cable broke and our door was stuck at a angle. Called their office expecting to leave a message for someone to hear on Monday but to our surprise Eric answered and said he would be out that afternoon. He arrived and within an hour our door was fixed and everything was covered by our warranty. Thanks for the great service.
Our old garage door finally gave-up, fortunately Eric and Todd came to the rescue! After several months of noisy clanking, our old door came off its track & was "hanging by a thread" over the 2 vehicles In my garage - poised to crash down on them! Within an hour of my call, my door was secured without further damage...less than 2 days later our new door was installed. Great service (Thanks Gentlemen!) at a great price! These guys are the best!
Really enjoyed doing business with Eric. Came when he said he would, quoted a very reasonable price, even made some recommendations that made a lot of sense. Did the install in a timely and professional manner. They even cleaned up afterwards. All our other contractors just left their mess! Very pleased with them. Will use them for all our overhead door needs. And I know we will need them again as we have 8 overhead doors!
Had an emergency at 4:30pm on a Friday night with guests coming over for dinner a little later. Called one company said they can be there Monday. I called Affordable and they said we can swing by in about 20 minutes. Got us back up and going in about 30-45 minutes. Inspected our garage door and came back today to update / replace old wore out bearings, lubricated everything. Very reasonable rates, great service, very nice to work with Affordable Garage Door.

Google search showed Affordable Overhead Doors and More as the only overhead door company in the area offering 24 hour service. After a quick call to this company, Eric McClun came to our rescue on a Saturday afternoon when our garage door malfunctioned and trapped both of our vehicles in the garage as we were getting ready to leave the house! He arrived promptly as promised and had the door open and completely repaired in less than an hour. Reasonably priced and professional. Highly recommend this customer service oriented company!
